Let us always remember that
we are in the holy presence of God
May God continue to live in our hearts
In the name of the Father,
Son and Holy Spirit

who gives you the true bread from heaven.

Marist Source
The Marist Charism is a gift of the Spirit, which blows where it will and touches the minds and hearts of all people of good will…”
The world is “charged with the grandeur of God” (GM Hopkins), but do I recognise God’s Spirit alive in every manifestation of my life and in every aspect of my world?

To Ponder
Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me will never hunger, and whoever believes in me will never thirst."
Where has the Spirit drawn you in today's prayer?
Salve Regina
Hail, holy Queen, Mother of Mercy.
Hail, our life, our sweetness,
and our hope.
To you do we cry,
poor banished children of Eve.
To you do we send up our sighs,
Mourning and weeping in this valley of tears.
Turn then, most gracious advocate,
Your eyes of mercy towards us.
And after this, our exile,
Show us the blessed fruit of your womb, Jesus.
O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.
