24 Anyone who wants to save his life will lose it; but anyone who loses his life for my sake, will save it.

25 What benefit is it to anyone to win the whole world and forfeit or lose his very self?

26 For if anyone is ashamed of me and of my words, of him the Son of man will be ashamed when he comes in his own glory and in the glory of the Father and the holy angels.

People of Integrity.

Pursue righteousness, devotion, faith, love, patience, and gentleness.

Imitate God. Remember God is all good, and don’t let yourself indulge in pride, envy, schisms, and other sins that fight against the spirit. These lead to decadence.

Instead, be like newborn babies. Be people of integrity. Never be duplicitous. Why? Remember that the Lord said in Leviticus to His loyal friends that they were to be holy because He was holy [Lev 19:2].

The Lord has blessed you for many years. He’s shown you treasure hidden in a field, and you’ve enjoyed it for such a long time. With your joy you bought God’s priceless treasure, the best pearls and gems. Remember that—without a doubt—if you respect these jewels as you should, they’ll always stand before the face of God, praying for you and begging for the salvation of your body and soul.

All Loving God

Cultivate in us a spirituality that flows out of Marian simplicity, humility and modesty.

Release in us wellsprings of refreshment, inspiration and excitement for your work in which we share.

Help us set our gaze on those people and places most in need of Christlife,

Impel us to respond together,

And lead us to be in communion with one another, and with you.

Like Mary, we listen for your invitation,

Like Mary, we set out joyfully and in haste to the hill country of the lives of young people,

Like Mary, we build communities in ways that are Christ-centred.

All Loving God, come and live in our hearts.
